Why Positive and Humanistic Psychology?
La metodología online nos permite acortar distancias y orientar justo en el momento en que alguien nos necesita y a tiempo.
In the last two decades, psychology has begun to investigate positive variables of the human being, different from those traditionally studied, which throughout history have positioned it as the science that seeks to understand the “abnormal” in people’s behavior. Positive psychology arises from the postulates of Martin Seligman, who defines it as the scientific study of positive experiences and traits of the human being together with institutions and programs that strengthen their progress and seek to reduce psychopathological problems.
Practicing the theory by intertwining the concepts of positive psychology with the humanistic approach of psychology allows for the creation of authentic programs aimed at strengthening the mental health of individuals and organizations by understanding their consciousness, potentialities, and limitations; and ultimately finding their purpose.

At Psyntoma, we accompany individuals under the therapeutic model of family constellations, understanding the constructions of their conscious and unconscious mind.
Family constellations are a therapeutic technique created by Bert Hellinger focused on finding the reasons for our thoughts and how we live our emotions based on our bonds with our ancestors, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, siblings, and children. It is about learning to know, value, and love ourselves based on our weaknesses and strengths.
